2018 was an amazing year full of achievements for the Jewels of Persia Cookbook.
We were fortunate enough to be presented with four medals and were selected for a BookLife review by Publishers Weekly.
Jewels of Persia is a colourful and vibrant cookbook that showcases 80 beautifully photographed Persian (Iranian) recipes. A background to the relatively unexplored world of Persian food and many photos of the regions of Iran are included in this 240 page book. The recipes are true to the uniquely, elegant Iranian culinary style with its flavours of saffron, dried limes, cinnamon, turmeric and rosewater. The recipes have been written with all cooking skill levels in mind and the ingredients chosen can all be readily sourced in Australia.
Jewels of Persia aims to also provide an insight into the real Iran and the most hospitable people on earth with photographs of breathtaking scenery, historical sights and facts, and background information on Persian food scattered throughout.
Our unique style of catering is a modern twist on age-old, traditional Persian recipes, that can be devoured in 1 or 2 bites. Our passion for fresh, local produce, shines through in our exquisite menu selections, created and prepared from scratch.
