CUCUMBER, DILL & YOGHURT DIP WITH DRIED ROSE PETALS

Instructions
- Peel and finely dice or grate the cucumber. Transfer to a serving dish with the grated onion.
- Add the yoghurt and remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Garnish with the dried rose petals and finely chopped mint then refrigerate until needed.
serving suggestion
Serve with toasted lavash bread triangles as a dip, or as an accompaniment to a main meal.
note
*Dried rose petals are optional but give the dish a lovely, fragrant, fresh taste. They are available from Middle Eastern specialty shops.
